TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS inspects the construction of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, a project that includes the construction and complete outfit of the premises of the Greek National Library and the National Opera, as well the creation of the Stavros Niarchos park of 170.000 m² total surface.
Namely, the services provided by TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS refer to the inspection of the preconstruction and erection of the metallic structures of the Opera and Library buildings, as well as the Opera roof canopy, using the innovative method of Ferrocement.
It’s worth noting that the 100mX100m roof canopy is undoubtedly the most important architecturally and by static view element of the project and its existence will be an exciting addition in the city horizon, combined with other innovative plans and practices.
TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS, with the experienced and properly qualified inspectors, assures the best qualitative result in this demanding project, which is concerned as one of the biggest construction project in the recent history of Greece.
