All accreditations Type-Examination for Lifting Machinery According to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex IX, EC Type-Examination is a procedure where the Notified Body ascertains and certifies, through examination and tests, that a machine model and its technical documentation satisfy the Directive requirements. The EC Type-Examination Procedure applies for the machinery set out in Annex IV of Directive 2006/42/EC. TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas provides EC Type-Examination services for the following categories of lifting machinery: Vehicle service lifts Lifts where there is a risk of falling from a height of more than 3 meters The above services refer to the conformity assessment procedures for lifting machinery which are provided for in Presidential Decree no. 57/18-06-2010 (Government Gazette 97/A/25-06-2010), by which the Greek Legislation was streamlined with the European Directive on Machinery, 2006/42/EC. Compliance with the conformity assessment procedures is the responsibility of the company designing and manufacturing the lifting machinery, or its authorised representative. Type-Examination for Lifting Machinery

According to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex IX, EC Type-Examination is a procedure where the Notified Body ascertains and certifies, through examination and tests, that a machine model and its technical documentation satisfy the Directive requirements.

The EC Type-Examination Procedure applies for the machinery set out in Annex IV of Directive 2006/42/EC.

TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas provides EC Type-Examination services for the following categories of lifting machinery:
